Vandalising or damaging another person’s property or public property is illegal; this includes graffiti or “tagging”.

You can be charged and fined for marking or tagging property and could also be ordered to do community service. You can also be charged with being in possession of graffiti equipment in public places.

Anyone selling or giving graffiti equipment to a youth can also be charged.
